I would also like to mention that
UTSC (University of Toronto Scarborough Campus) has the
most disgusting washrooms. They are maintained daily
but still there is toilet paper and garbage everywhere.
I suggest you check it out.

"I'm frustrated by
dirty washrooms without change tables for babies. Two
restaurants, I wouldn't even change the baby on the floor. I
changed
them by my table in the bloody restaurant"

" I find
everything mentioned on washroom cleanliness except the fact when
you visit a ladies washroom in most any public washroom the fact
that blood related products are kept in a very small metal box on
the cubical walls sometimes over flowing in the reach of small
children to me this is very dangerous. This is also the case in many
work places. It would be interested to have some kind of study on
this I sure would like your comments on this subject."
